• Shipping is free for any orders in the United Kingdom (UK)

• Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance.

• Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it.

•  A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

• Your order will be despatched in a discrete and plain postage box, the jewellery is packages inside in a luxury branded Gabriella Alicia jewellery box. Each piece of jewellery has a hygiene label that if removed voids any return. Please be aware that once the hygiene label is tampered with or removed, you can not return the item under any circumstance.

• Shipping outside of the United Kingdom will be £50.

• Please allow between 7-30 days for delivery from ship date.

• Any custom , duty or tax charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been despatched.

• Please see lead times for products, these are available on individual product pages. 

• UK-For products that say 'Ready to ship' we ship using Royal Mail special delivery. All orders are trackable. Please allow 3-10 working days. 

• For custom orders please allow 3-8 weeks.

Returns.

• You have 14 days to return an item.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item and packaging is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

• The item must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging or you will not be refunded.

• You may not return any item that has been made/customised specifically for you.

• Gabriella Alicia does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. You must return the item by courier or special delivery post which must be signed for by Us and You must insure it/them for its/their full replacement value. In the event that the Piece is not returned or not received by Us, no refund will be given.. In the event that the piece is not returned or not received by us, no refund will be given.

• Where a Piece is returned for any reason (including for any statutory reason) We shall be entitled to deduct such sums as are reasonable for the amount the Piece have diminished in value as a result of You handling or wearing it beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

• Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.

In the event that you have bought a ready-made piece from us, you may return the order (at your expense) within 14 days of delivery if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition and in original undamaged packaging. We will provide a refund upon return of the piece to Us by You PROVIDED THAT the piece has NOT-

• Had the hygiene label removed, as the item will be deemed as worn and non-refundable.

• Been worn, cleaned and/ damaged (whether by accident or deliberately) and the piece and or the packaging are fit for reuse.

We do not offer any refunds if the item has been specially made/altered for you. Cancelling a bespoke piece will result in a forfeit by you of any sums paid for the piece. Your statutory rights are not affected.
