These are the Terms and Conditions between Gabriella Alicia and You the customer.

This website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected.

Pricing of our products are correct at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the metal, diamond and gemstone market. Prices are also subject to change if items are personalised- Gabriella Alicia reserves the right to review and change prices at any time. 

Your order will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are in British Pounds £GBP.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to despatch the piece on said date, but we do not guarantee this. We are not liable to you for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery. If a late delivery does take place, you undertake not to reject the piece but to accept the piece delivered. 

For customised orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. At this point you will be committed to the purchase and the order cannot be cancelled. The remainder of the payment will then need to be paid in full before dispatch of order. You may not cancel an order or request a return in any circumstances, and cancellation will result in a forfeit by you and any sums paid for the piece. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Each piece of jewellery will have a hygiene label attached. Once this is removed, you can not return the item under any circumstances, as we will deem the piece of jewellery as used. 

You shall carry out a thorough inspection of the piece within 48 hours of delivery and shall give written notification to use within 3 days of delivery of jewellery of any issues. 

Design rights and copyrights remain the sole property of Gabriella Alicia. Your use of this website and its contents grants no rights to you in any relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to its content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the aforementioned content is prohibited.
